This is will be a fast developing issue which will probably have a far reaching impact in all areas of the law. One immediate issue is for those people facing difficulties with contracts being frustrated by the impact of COVID-19, whether this is in relation to travel arrangements, pre-booked holidays or to existing consumer or commercial contracts which cannot be fulfilled due to the restrictions imposed by the U.K. Government.
