Complaints
The provision of my legal services are regulated by the Bar Standards Board ("BSB"). If a client has a complaint they are able to pursue this with the BSB. Alternatively you are also able to lodge a complaint with the Legal Ombudsman. In the event of a complaint a client is invited to contact me setting out the details of their complaint.
